GENERAL TERMS
- You DO NOT have to have a website to join.
- Once you are a member, you MAY NOT share your username and password with anyone.
- You MUST provide a link back to my website if you use any of my creations.
- You MAY NOT share my tubes, lineart, blings, etc. with anyone or in groups (Yahoo, Google, MSN etc.) or in forums.
- If you are found breaking my rules, your membership will be terminated immediately.
- You MUST indicate that your a member in your membership page. Every member is sent a personalized logo which MUST be linked back to my website (a text link is also acceptable). If you do not have a website, you must still provide a link back to my website when you use any items from my members area. Your logo must be displayed on your site as long as you are a member. Once your membership expires, you can remove your logo UNLESS you continue to use any items from my members area.
- If you purchase a lifetime membership, the term lifetime refers to the lifetime of my website, not to your or my lifetime.
- Once you completed your payment, no refunds are given.
- My tubes are for personal and profitable uses.
- You MAY create signatures, websets, Incredimail letters, adoptions, premades, etc. with them.
- You MAY NOT offer my tubes on your website for download.
- You MAY NOT recolour, resize or alter my tubes or claim them as your own. (You MAY mirror my tubes.)
- In case of As Is tubes, you MUST give credit to the original creators of the tubes and display any logos included when you use these tubes.
- You MAY tube the outlines and use the result for personal and profitable uses.
- If you tube the outlines available in my members area, you MUST display your tube license either on your memberships and licenses page or on the page where the tubes are displayed. In case of As is lines, you MUST also display the logo included with the outlines on the same page where the tubes are displayed.
- In case of precoloured outlines, you MUST change the colours and you must shade the outlines before you offer them as tubes. You MAY NOT recolour the doll bases.
- Please consult the TOUs of the creators of the As is outlines and tubes before your use their outlines and/or tubes. If you have doubts, please consult me or the creators of the As Is items.
- You MAY NOT offer the outlines for download on your website unless you are given permission to do so (i.e. you purchased an As Is license).
- If you purchased an As Is license, the As Is license is valid for my outlines only (the ones available in the category Outlines//Anita's Pixels). The As Is lines (available at Outlines//As Is) in my members area are not included in this license.
- You MAY NOT alter my signatures. You MAY add your name and your name only to the blank signatures available in my members area (As Is signatures).
- You MUST link the signatures back to my website or provide a text link.
- You MAY NOT share my blings, color palettes or web goodies with anyone.
I reserve the right to modify my TOU any time without prior notification.
