- Once you completed your payment, no refunds are given.
- I can only accept Paypal payment, no e-checks, I'm sorry.
- Gift certificates/cards are not valid for the events of the birthday bash.

Birthday packages:
Tubes, lines:
- They are for personal and profitable uses.
- You MAY create signatures, websets, Incredimail letters, adoptions, premades, etc. with them.
- You MAY NOT offer them on your website for download unless you purchased an as is license.
- You MAY NOT recolour, resize, alter or share them or claim them as your own.
- You MUST provide a link back to my website if you use any of my creations.

Raffle:
- Once you completed your payment, no refunds are given.
- The winner will be notified on 3 September.
- If you win a prize you already have, you MAY contact the site owner(s) and ask permission to gift the prize to a friend.

Goodie bags:
- Goodie bags are sold only once. You MUST e-mail me with the chosen number(s). If the goodie bag has been sold, you'll be asked to choose another number.
- Payments are made via Paypal only. When I receive your order, I'll send you a Paypal request. You'll receive an e-mail with your prizes once you completed the payment.
- If you win a prize you already have, you MAY contact the site owner(s) and ask permission to gift the prize to a friend.
- You MUST e-mail the site onwer(s) to claim your prize(s) and you MUST provide them with certificate(s) you received.

Draw:
- You can only enter the draw once. If you have a friend who might want to participate, please ask them to visit my site and enter themselves.
- Winners will be notified on 3 September.

Crossword and Word search:
- You MUST complete the crossword and/or the word search and attach them in your message.
- Prizes are given to the first three who e-mail me with their completed crossword/word search.
- If you win a prize you already have, you MAY contact the site owner(s) and ask permission to gift the prize to a friend.

Free goodies:

- You MUST link the signatures back to my website or provide a text link.

- You MAY NOT offer the letters on your website for download.
- You MAY NOT alter or share the letters or claim them as your own.
